Any problems you have with commitment or love may become more apparent to you, and you may be challenged more by others.
Some relationships and partnerships can break down, and it can feel uncomfortable. You are afraid of being hurt by others, so you may maintain a greater distance with others. You may become more stuck in your life, and when you become stubborn, you may face more problems. It can be important to ground yourself under these difficult aspects, but don’t stop yourself from moving forward at all. Saturn is the planet of commitment, and wants you to commit to the people you care about, but wants you to make sure your relationships are healthy and add to your life, and have a solid foundation. It starts with dealing with yourself. Before you can make this kind of relationship what kind of relationship Shani wants to make with you. You also have to be willing to let go of people who are no good for you, who no longer serve a positive purpose, or that you have overtaken. Stiff Uranus for Venus: Love TransformationWhen Uranus is square or opposite to your natal Venus, it can bring some volatile energy into your relationships, and you may end up dealing with a lot of uncertain people, or issues in existing relationships have to be addressed.
If the relationship feels old, boring, or you just don’t have a solid connection at all, Uranus wants you to have something else, something different. If you feel suppressed by the other person, you may push back, wanting more freedom. This is usually a time when you want more space from others, more freedom in your relationships to be yourself, and that can sometimes mean being apart. But you don’t want to do this in a hurry, because then you may have to regret it later. Uranus can make us really impatient! Rigid Neptune to Venus: Dissolving RelationshipsWhen Neptune is square or opposite, with your natal Venus, it’s the last time to fall for a wolf in sheep’s clothing, Satan in disguise. How often do people fall under the spell of a terrible person under a harsh Neptune aspect? Oh so many times!
These aspects are where, when you see that you are subject to them, you have to be absolutely careful who you trust. Your intuition about people may be on the fritz, and you may have a hard time trying to get to know people. You might think you’ve met a soul mate, but it’s usually just a loser, but you don’t notice it until the aspect lifts up and the fog clears. Then you’re all, Hot Diggity Dog, what have I done?! These aspects can be challenging even for existing relationships, and may lead you to make some questionable decisions and actions. Affairs may be more likely, and secrets within relationships may be exposed. As relationships break down, people may fade from your life. But in that case, there usually wasn’t a very strong or healthy relationship in the first place. When you are dealing with Venus and Neptune, you will have to work very hard to try to be realistic with the people with difficult aspects in your life. It can be helpful to ground yourself – although it can be even more difficult because Venus rules the grounding! But you want to try anyway, as well as establish boundaries in your relationships. Difficult aspects drive us to go too far from ourselves, and make too many sacrifices for others, so solid boundaries are important. Always in the case of Neptune! Tough Pluto than Venus: Changing RelationshipsWhen Pluto is square or opposite, with your natal Venus, it usually spells trouble for your relationships. One or more of your relationships may be tested, and issues in the relationship may be more difficult to ignore, and your relationship issues may come to the fore.
Relationships can crumble if you can’t keep it together, while some can go in the opposite direction to get lost in passion (sometimes more than like a stalker!). With opposition, it can feel like the people in your life are the ones causing the problems and that you are the victim, but you are projecting onto others and you need to be more aware. With class, issues that have cropped up for a while can surface, and whatever is internalized leads to more frustration. In conjunction, incredibly intense Pluto energy can enter relationships, and it is important to find a way to use that energy to keep relationships together. When you are dealing with Venus, it is all about changing the relationship for the better. Pluto doesn’t want to settle down, and with Venus, that means not compromising in your relationships. The changes a relationship has to go through can be upsetting, and many relationships don’t survive them. Those that do, they can be around for the long haul (if you can get through Pluto together, you can get through anything!). For some, the issues may be of a personal nature; Your own relationship issues and issues in your attitude toward relationships include your own issues, commitments, or deeply held past issues that affect relationships now, not your actual relationships in your life. In this case, it’s about changing your own perspective, beliefs, and letting go of baggage and trauma. And for some, the issues may focus more on your relationship with yourself rather than your relationship with others, especially if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t know how to be alone and doesn’t really like yourself. What is really meant for you can usually be found in the houses where your Venus rules, is located, or is in your Venus sign. Suggested Reading: Venus in Composite Chart ![]() |
