New Moon in Leo July 2022 | Lua astrology
The new moon occurs on July 28, 2022 at 05LEO38 at 18:55 (BST). The new moon will be the conjunction of Ceres and trine Jupiter. Jupiter is stationary, preparing to retrograde a few hours after the new moon.
In the background, we have Mars, Uranus, North Node conjunction which is due to complete in the next few days. It’s a spectacular awakening, a cosmic leap-start, a sudden act that changes everything. We stress to get excited about the future, especially when it comes to issues involving money and resources. It is at this level that the new moon sits. It is a time of new beginnings, born out of creative inspiration – or our desire to create a better world for our children. There is a wealth of possibilities to reach but we may need to accept that we have to complete an inner journey before we can start the outward journey. Nevertheless, the strongest message repeated in the new moon chart speaks of being real, living from the heart, showing our true colours. It is time to drop the mask and take on the role we were born for. We are all unique. We all have lines in the great script of life.

The Sabian symbol of this madness is a conservative, old-fashioned woman who is confronted by a hippie girl. This speaks loudly of the square going between Saturn and Uranus. Perhaps Saturn is the old, conservative woman and the hippie girl is Uranus because she is living life differently, challenging the status quo. I find my thoughts wandering to Violet Crowley, played by the wonderful Maggie Smith in Downton Abbey. In case you’ve never seen it, Violet is the elder of an old titular family steeped in upper-class traditions, mindful of every move and its implications. In her world, you wear the right clothes, change up for dinner, use the right cutlery, say the right things. But then they meet Rose, a young and up-and-coming 20-something girl who likes to break the rules with her choppy hair, short skirt, and mingling with gentlemen who are deemed unacceptable – how outrageous!
But these two characters can learn something from each other. Sabian suggests dialogue, confrontation with change, confrontation with what is different. Even though these two characters are very different, they are still human beings living on the planet Earth. Perhaps the old lady would benefit from breathing some fresh air into her life, relaxing some of those rigid rules, and having a little fun. Perhaps the young hippie girl could benefit from some structure and responsibility to do everything she could ever desire. When we respect each other, when we respect each other, we can learn certain things from each other. This Sabian also reminds us that we are always in the process of change. Change is constant! What we enjoy now – fashion, technology, books, movies, attitudes – will all fade away with time. In 50 years, what we now think of as modern will be considered dated, obsolete and obsolete. Goodbye Instagram!
Leo is associated with children and youth, and Jupiter in Aries is also a sign associated with youth, we need to stay in touch with what the youth of today are saying. We need to focus on their stories, fashion, interests, ideas. We need to stay in touch with what is happening and not allow ourselves to be so resistant to change that we do not appreciate and do not appreciate what we have to offer. This Sabian symbol tells us to keep our finger on the pulse and stay connected. Always learnable, ready to learn and new experiences. Be true to your heart without turning off the light of others.
