  • Mercury in Leo opposite Saturn Rx in Aquarius (22 deg)

  • Venus in Cancer square Chiron Rx in Aries (16 degrees)

  • Uranus conjuncts Taurus North Node (18 degrees)

Sun/Jupiter is a good shot of confidence and encouragement to express yourself more fully. It also activates Jupiter’s retrograde, suggesting that going back, stopping growth or looking more closely at beliefs can empower you. The return may be lucky.

And yet, we have a tough Mercury/Saturn opposition to deal with. Here’s the harsh answer – “no” or the realization that some rules are unbreakable. Radical ideas emanating from the Mercury/Uranus square of July 28 are now being confronted with a higher authority. You will see exactly where you want to stop.

Aspects of Mercury to Uranus and Saturn are activating Saturn/Uranus almost-square, which I wrote about in a June 18 Patreon-only post (for 1 tier). Again, you are facing a tension between freedom and restriction as new rules emerge from the crisis.

And, we have a Venus/Chiron square. It’s not going to sugar coat: It’s going to hurt. You won’t get what you want or you will feel lonely, unloved, insecure. A lot of it will be rooted in the past – it would probably be too awkward to put yourself out there as you recount the events of childhood. And yet a necessary part of confronting what hurts is discomfort—instead of curling up and trying to avoid the pain, face it. This could be part of a difficult conversation (Mercury/Saturn).

Sun/Jupiter can help to an extent – you won’t be able to bypass limitations and pain but you will have the tools and confidence to do more within those limits. Meaning, even if the answer is “no”, you can still be successful. Even if it really hurts, the rejection/reminder of something you’re lacking won’t let you down.

Note that Saturn, Jupiter and Chiron are all Rx- you are taking a step back to settle an unfinished business.

I saved the best for last- Venus rules Taurus and Uranus conjuncts the Taurus North Node. So the pain from Venus/Chiron is part of your great leap. The shock (Uranus) indicated when Mercury squared Uranus is now pulling you into the future. The change that is coming upon you is inevitable – you must make progress as you tackle that unfinished business. You are facing old sorrows and in the end, eventually Say goodbye (Wed/Saturn). You may be doing things very differently this time and some of it may be out of your control as a shocking incident or unquenchable urge opens a door to the future.

This will initially be shocking and perhaps unpleasant. The discomfort (Venus/Chiron) will be such that you essential Change – You can’t just keep repeating the same old one. Remember that Chiron is also the healer and so is healing.

Uranus at the North Node is a jolt of risk, innovation, clarity that compels you to progress. The future is secure but to get there you have to break past and present.

Mercury has entered its shadow zone on the 25th of Virgo – to look back and complete our transformation into Libra and Virgo
