Urania Asteroid #30 is a heavenly collection of astrology/astronomy. At 28° Arles it makes retrograde Pluto at 28 Capricorn.

She is the spirit of heaven and wears a beautiful crown of stars and possesses ancient instruments used to measure the stars along with sailors, astrologers, astronomers and physicians.
