Past life regression sessions can help you understand who you were, what your experiences were, and what your relationships were like in your past lives. These deep experiences are often used to reduce symptoms such as physical and emotional pain, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more. They can also be used to get in touch with your soul more deeply in order to discover more aspects of your divine nature.

My Past Life Workshops Include:

Taking place in the botanical setting of The Studio at Moss & More, Crystal will lead a group through past life regression exercises, healing visualizations, and vital karmic connections. Sound healing by Tim Ghiselli will accompany Crystal’s guided journey through your past.

During this ‘Past Life Regression Workshop’, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Discover extraordinary details about your past life time
  • Release fear from this life, as well as from past lives
  • Practice healing visualization
  • Seize the opportunity to connect with your spiritual counselors, soul mates, soul mates and loved ones who have passed away
  • Access your subconscious to release thinking patterns that no longer serve you
  • release fear from this lifetime

What you can expect in class:

  • The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the journey we will take and lead to a hypnosis that will last approx. 1 Hour. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and comfortable blanket. An eye mask or some kind of eye covering is also recommended.
  • Even if your eyes are closed, you will remain alert and in control of what you want to do during the session. You will always feel safe and secure.
  • When you wake up, Crystal will go through an overview of the journey she took you. It is helpful to discuss the regression framework, or what are called crystal chapters.
  • Crystal will then facilitate a group discussion about your experiences, asking volunteers to share. You are free to choose whether you want to share or not. Some people like to keep their experience private. It is practical to hear what others have faced as it can relate to your own journey. There are instances in these classes where two or three people in the class (who do not know each other) experience the same life span. Family members who have taken a class sometimes experience the same life span together.
  • Crystal will be available for Q&A during the entire group’s processing time.
  • The crystal will give you the opportunity to experience 2-3 lifetimes. Some participants jump through different lifetimes, while others live a particular lifetime. Your subconscious is in control of whether or not to live with my instruction. Whatever you are meant to experience and connect with, that is what dominates.
  • Keep in mind that it is easier for some people to hold back than others. There is no way to guarantee a particular experience. Come with an open mind. Even if you are unable to go into the regression state, you will still walk away with complete relaxation of the body, which will help you feel lighter and more relaxed.

Things to keep in mind when researching your past life:

We have all been everything: women, men, all nationalities/races, friends, lovers, murderers, sisters, brothers, etc. There is no discrimination and it is important to be open minded. Be open to the energy – not just what a person looks like. Someone may look like you know someone but they will look completely different.

Many also report that I am not “seeing” things…. I “feel” them…. so be open to that and to all sensations of energy/awareness!

Each lifetime provides important lessons, understanding and content. The crystal will guide the orbit to help you approach the 3rd lifetime, but your subconscious is in charge. Sometimes, it will want to last a lifetime for an extended period and needs to be respected. Also be open-minded that you can connect with people who are no longer alive. While the crystal is not a medium, people consistently report relationships with the deceased in his or her regression. The beautiful thing about this possibility is the opportunity to see a loved one, feel them, and have a conversation if you so desire.

Be open to possibilities – but also know that there’s no guarantee what you’ll find. Crystal always tries its best to help the participants walk away with an enriching experience. Crystal will initiate the hypnosis from childhood memories and then go backwards from there. At least you’ll walk into a very deep relaxation that is healing in itself. Most of all, there will be awareness of multiple life spans, healing of past injuries, understanding of cyclic patterns, relationships with those who have passed away and interactions with your spiritual guides.

No prior preparation is required to take this workshop. An open mind of experience only.
