Today I had a long conversation (which I recorded as a podcast!) with a beloved astrologer, Cassandra Tindall, today and we talked about Mercury retrograde, starting on May 10th. We discussed how this would be the right time to think about goals. You determine for yourself at the beginning of the year and where you are with them now. Mercury has entered its shadow zone on the 25th of Virgo – to look back and complete our transformation into Libra and Virgo

The shadow region is defined by the period where a planet turns retrograde, and where it goes directly after the retrograde period. In this case, Mercury turns retrograde on 9th September into Libra. It will retrograde back to the 25th of Virgo, where it stabilizes directly on 2nd October, the birthdays of Mahatma Gandhi and Groucho Marx.
