Love Horoscope for the week of August 29

Venus is currently enjoying its journey through the later degrees of Leo and will enter Virgo next week. The end of the week should be a good time for all your Venus related work – but proceed with caution in the beginning of the week. This will happen because, on Monday, Venus ending opposition to Saturn, which is a very cold place for Venus to be. All else being equal, you may find that you are having a harder time than usual. But toward the weekend, Venus manages to remain relatively weightless (apart from Quincunx for Pluto). And when it gets to the point where you’re looking at Quincunx, you’re probably just looking for trouble. Relax and enjoy it.

It’s all well and good for the more passive, feminine or yin side of the romantic pursuit. But what about that old hotheaded Mars? As you probably know by now, Mars is still in the early degrees of Gemini and it is set to spend an unrighteous long time in that sign. Whether this is good or bad or nostalgic news for you will largely depend on the details of your birth chart. However, I should mention that on Wednesday, Mars Sextile Jupiter Is accurate and remains a major influence throughout the week. This can give you a lot of energy and a lot of drive. It could also be the last bit of fuel that is needed to really blow things up with someone to add to the fire. So just remember to be diplomatic and do your warm-up before you start flexing (literally or figuratively).

I should also mention that Uranus is now retrograde at 18 degrees Taurus, This again does not form the exact square of Saturn in Aquarius (as it did three times in the previous year). But still: it’s close enough that the grind that this aspect gave you in 2022 could lead to an unwanted (but perhaps relatively minor) sequel.

And of course, as always, if you spoil your relationship, there’s always a chance of at least some sort of recovery if you’ve established proper communication. “Communication” is Mercury’s realm, and Mercury is still having an enjoyable time in Libra, which many of us like to call the sign of a relationship—great news overall, isn’t it? Well… enjoy it as long as it lasts. You see, next week both Venus and Mars will be in Mercury ruled signs. And Mercury has to be retrograde on the 10th, isn’t it? Now consider yourself foreseen.

Mercury has entered its shadow zone on the 25th of Virgo – to look back and complete our transformation into Libra and Virgo
