This third week of June brings a series of sextile and trine aspects.

A highlight is the Mercury-Jupiter sextile aspect which supports all kinds of negotiations and agreements and promises hope and optimism for the future.

On Tuesday the Sun enters Cancer, triggering the solstice and inviting you to set your goals for the next six months. Venus also changes zodiac this week, leaving Taurus and moving to Gemini ruled by Mercury.

Mercury has entered its shadow zone on the 25th of Virgo – to look back and complete our transformation into Libra and Virgo

The shadow region is defined by the period where a planet turns retrograde, and where it goes directly after the retrograde period. In this case, Mercury turns retrograde on 9th September into Libra. It will retrograde back to the 25th of Virgo, where it stabilizes directly on 2nd October, the birthdays of Mahatma Gandhi and Groucho Marx. It casts a shadow zone between 25 Virgo and 9 Libra, and on August 21 Mercury enters 25 Virgo, the degree where it will go SD in early October.
